Popcorn World is your specialist for popcorn machines, popcorn kernels, and accessories. We supply both private customers and businesses throughout Europe with high-quality popcorn-related products.

Where is your company headquarters located?

Our company headquarters are located in 79588 Efringen-Kirchen (Germany). From here, we ship all orders throughout Europe.

Do you sell only to business customers or also to private individuals?

We supply both business and private customers. Anyone can order from our online shop.

Can I also shop locally at your store?

Yes, you can pick up your order directly from us by prior arrangement. Please contact us beforehand to schedule an appointment.

How can I place an order?

Select your desired products, tell us the quantity and delivery address – we'll take care of the rest.

Do I need to create a customer account to place an order?

No, you can also order as a guest. However, a customer account offers advantages such as faster reordering and access to your order history.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept PayPal, credit card, instant bank transfer, prepayment and other secure payment methods, which are displayed at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order afterwards?

As long as the order has not yet been shipped, we can make changes or cancellations. Please contact us as soon as possible.

How do I receive my invoice?

The invoice will be sent automatically by email after shipment. You can also find it in your customer account.

We deliver within Germany, to Switzerland, to Austria and to many other European countries.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery within Germany usually takes 2–4 working days. Delivery times to other countries may vary.

Which shipping provider will be used?

We ship our products via DHL, DPD or freight forwarding – depending on the size and weight of the order.

How can I track my delivery?

After shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

What happens if my package arrives damaged?

Please document the damage with photos and contact us immediately. We will find a quick solution.

Where does your popcorn kernel come from?

Popcorn kernels from our supplier are grown under the Spanish sun. Modern machinery – no genetic engineering, halal and gluten-free.

What varieties and sizes do you offer?

We offer premium popcorn, specially formulated for hot air poppers, making it light and crisp. Thanks to our patented refining process, each kernel already has a subtle flavor – sweet, salty, or vanilla. No additional sweetening or salting is needed!

How do I store popcorn and corn properly?

Store popcorn kernels in a dry, cool, and airtight container to maintain their quality.

Is popcorn healthy?

Yes, popcorn is rich in potassium and contains vitamins B1 and B2 in addition to fiber. It is gluten-free (gluten proteins) and low in calories (40g = 148 calories).

The popcorn vending machine "Mr. Pop" or "AirpopGO" prepares the popcorn without oil or fat, using only hot air.

Many health organizations recommend consuming popcorn in this form. For example, the Cancer Society, National Cancer Institute, Heart and Stroke Institute, Diabetes Institute, and Weight Watchers International.

Our corn has already been refined using a patented process with a delicate flavor coating (sweet or salty). Hot air transforms it into a delicious popcorn snack!

Do you also offer maintenance or spare parts?

Yes, we offer spare parts and, upon request, maintenance services for many models.

Can I lease or rent popcorn machines?

Yes, we offer customized purchase, leasing, or rental solutions for business customers. Please contact us directly for more information.

I'm having trouble ordering – what can I do?

My voucher code isn't working – what's the reason?

Please check that the code was entered correctly and is still valid. Some vouchers are only valid for specific products or time periods.

How can I reset my password?

In the login area, click on “Forgot your password?” and follow the instructions to set a new password.

🔄 Returns & Complaints

Can I return items?

Yes, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days for unopened and unused items.

How does the return process work?

Contact us by email to receive a return authorization number. Then send the goods, well packaged, to our address.

When will I get my money back?

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, the refund will be processed within 3-5 working days.

What do I do if an item is defective or was delivered incorrectly?

Please contact us immediately with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund right away.
