The customer opens the machine via mobile phone or card. This activates the cameras. They remove one or more items, and the purchase amount for the recorded items is automatically debited.

Payment systems are set up in the administration portal. There is no coin slot or coin mechanism, eliminating a typical risk of traditional vending machines.

The machine has a large upper screen, a separate card terminal on the door, an illuminated interior with multiple product levels, as well as wheels and leveling feet for setup. Its freestanding design makes it suitable for many indoor areas and covered sales areas.

The machine can be managed via the portal. Telemetry and settings are available online, e.g., temperature settings. You can see online when and what needs to be refilled.
